The stainless steel, sold brass, porcelained enamel have been carefully selected to guarantee the quality, durability and reliability of each range. Each suite is equipped with extremely powerful burners, a gas-fired solid top with a circular burner-diffuser for unparalleled heat transmission and a gas oven with a double-walled airtight door and a cast iron lining designed to provide natural air convection with better heat distribution. Chefs can choose from gas burners, French tops, griddles, Charbroilers, salamanders, and of course, ovens.

The Diva 1600 is the flagship of our line. Like the preceding stoves, its fully customizable. It comes with a choice of four cooking components and either one commercial size gas oven & pastry size electric oven or one commercial size gas oven and either storage or warming cabinets.
